Details:

  • 120ml bottle
  • Standard Strength is an average option, great for materials like PLA, PETG, etc.
  • Double Strength is a great solution for excellent adherence for tough materials on plain surfaces, or when further diluted with rubbing alcohol or water, makes a very good daily driver adhesive with excellent between-application life.
  • Tripel (named after our favorite beverages) strength is to be used undiluted on plain surfaces, or when you need an excessive amount of adhesion for particularly stubborn materials. BEWARE OF HOW GOOD THIS WORKS, as it may damage traditional surfaces if not diluted.
  • Will work on most surfaces, and with most filaments.
  • Will not work with Polypropylene or Delrin/POM.
  • Recommended application with a simple foam brush

 

Part Removal Guidelines

Low Temperature Materials (Below 300°C)

Allow the build plate to cool before removing parts. Materials like PLA and PETG typically release on their own during cooling. If a part adheres too strongly, applying water around its base can help release it from the plate.

High Temperature Materials (Above 300°C)

Remove parts while both the build plate and part are still hot. Quick removal is crucial as these materials contract rapidly during cooling, which can potentially damage the build plate. This rapid contraction has been known to cause glass build plates to break within minutes.

Important Note for ABS Printing

ABS and other high-shrink materials require special consideration due to its rapid cooling contraction. To prevent damage to glass build plates, always use a protective layer such as:

  • Kapton Tape
  • PEI sheet
  • Other protective surfaces

Apply your chosen adhesive on top of this protective layer before printing.
