We are gradually switching over to a new heater supplier, so some shipped heaters will be the original high-wattage heaters (white sleeving) and some will be the new ones (beige sleeving). Once we are out of the white sleeving version, beige will be shipped instead.

You are responsible for your own setup and installation. Use BN paste on the heater cartridge before installing in your hotend.

I would’ve like to know I was getting the heatblock with short wires rather than a full extension like the pt1000 had.
I received the wrong wattage heaters and they quickly fixed the problem and sent me the correct one. As for the heaters I have no doubt that they will perform well
Heaters work great. Timeliness or communications of orders could be improved upon. I reached out several times for an eta with no communications back.
Hotter than - well, I can't say that here...
Heats good
