Wrong motor, didn't notice until it was too late.

I wanted the 8t motor for my sherpa mini. This was the only store with one in stock. Received a opened xg version (10t) in a generic box with a rubber band. Too late for refund. Waste of time.

We would have gladly addressed the issue if contacted. The 'generic' box is what all of our Nema 14 motors arrive in. This review is dissapointing as things could have been resolved with a bit of communication.
