Improved tool plate

I was using the E3D tool plates on my Jubilee printer but was having problems with tool pickup reliability. The E3D tool plates are certainly well made but they seem to have problems working with the Jubilee tool changer, at least they did on my printer. I decided to try the tool plates designed for the Jubilee printer because I thought the delrin wedge plate would be a bit more forgiving. These plates seem to have resolved my problems.
