Product Details

This nozzle very well may be the last nozzle you buy!!

Proud to present a Tungsten Carbide inserted nozzle made by Phaetus.

This nozzle is made for the absolute harshest workloads - high temperature filled materials are challenging for many, but not this nozzle!

The Tungsten Carbide Nozzle is a true "All filaments, One Nozzle" - throw what you got and it and watch it print, from PLA to PolyCarbonate To CF-PEEK!

High Temperature Performance

Composed of tungsten carbide and copper alloy with super hardness and excellent conductivity, maximum printing temperature can be 550℃.

Low Pushing Force

Tungsten Carbide Nozzle with high purity more than 99.98% and high thermal performance keeps an even temperature of nozzle tip during printing, thus guaranteeing a stable extrusion.

Faster Extrusion Speed

Due to the high thermal performance of the nozzle in general, the printing speed can be pushed even further without sacrificing the quality. Unique passageway in the nozzle improves the flow rate at the inner hole faster.

Low Friction Thanks To Nano Coating

The whole nozzle is applied with WS2 nano-coating after adding a hard and smooth nickel plating layer. Surface friction coefficient is as low as 0.03 which makes the nozzle with clean printing, without plastic sticking to it.

Tech Specs:

Mohs Hardness: 9.0 (insert)

Max Printing Temperature: 550C

Thermal Conductivity: 130W/m*k

Nozzle Output Tolerance: +/- .01mm

Filament Path Roughness lower than Ra0.4 for consistent extrusion

Friction Coefficient of Coating: 0.03

Nozzle is compatible with: E3D Volcano, Takoto HE20, VolcanoMosq, Rapido, and all other hotends that use the volcano standard
