Hello out there!
We're absolutely ecstatic to announce that we'll be returning to RAPID+TCT this year in Detroit, MI at the Huntington Place! As North America's premier Additive Manufacturing convention, RAPID+TCT represents the cutting edge of our industry, and we couldn't be more thrilled to participate for another incredible year! Join us for what promises to be an unforgettable showcase of innovation and networking opportunities!
We really enjoyed our time at our booth last year, really fulfilling a dream of ours to attend a show I’ve been attending for a few years before last!
We think the products that we’re bringing with our booth this year are super exciting – get ready for some awesome progress!
The Printers
First and foremost, our Stablebot Pro is making a return! Despite the shipping breakage from last time, its back and better than ever after a bit of TLC!
Featuring:
• 600x600x1000mm build volume
• USA-Produced aluminum extrusion and laser-cut parts
• Rigid, dependable IDEX gantry
• LGX Extruders with a Chube Champ hotend setup!
• Ultra high-flow part cooling for maximum performance
• Closed loop FOC servos on XY
• Complete enclosure for temperature management and noise reduction
We also are bringing the older brother of the Pro, a standard Stablebot Core with a single toolhead!
Key Features:
• 500x500x500mm build volume (highly popular!)
• 4040 Extrusion build for excellent stability
• Rigid metal-backed gantry
• Orbiter Extruder
• CPAP, high-flow cooling for best overhang performance
Both of these units are significantly different in their stature and optimized for their target market, but they also share a foundation that makes them the best choice for your business:
• Beacon Scanner for ultra dense, self-calibrating meshes (over 22500 points on the Stablebot Pro, all scanned in under 2 minutes!)
• Kalico Firmware – Unlocked Klipper, but better!
• Complete enclosures for temperature management
• Chube Hotends
• Metal-first construction
• Well kept electrical cabinets with non-proprietary components for serviceability & compatibility.
The Stablebot Pro, as shown, is featured at a show-only price of $24,500 & the Stablebot Core as featured will go for a price of $7000!
With both of these printers, you’ll be going through a lot of plastic, so how will you keep them dry?– There’s a good selection of active dryers that are capable of doing a good job with 1 or even 3kg spools, but you’ll find yourself buying two or three to keep up with one of these machines. With a .8mm nozzle and .4mm layer heights, the Stablebot pro is capable of consuming over 5kg in a single day!!!

So this year, we’re also bringing back the Luke’s Lab XL Filament Dryer, now in stock and ready to ship out for your filament drying needs. Capable of fitting up to 15 individual 1kg spools (its able to have 4 spools simultaneously printing while more spools dry below) or alternatively printing from one11kg spool and drying the next, this dryer has more than enough space for a robust print farm needs. Compared to the early-build unit we brought last year, the for-sale product features dual-pane glass doors, a temp capacity of up to 90c, and a built-in humidity sensor for monitoring in-dryer humidity!
Hotends, hotends, HOTENDS!!
Last year, we brought out the Chube hotend, and in the ~year since the last show, we think its been a big hit! We’re so grateful that you’ve embraced what we worked so hard to bring into this world, and are even more excited to show off what we’ve been cooking as well!
First and foremost, its been a busy year. There are several hundred Chube hotends in the wild now, and we’ve expanded our network of distribution globally! We know that the Chube is a bit of a different size/form factor so we spent the year after launch working on some high-quality integrations for common 3d printers out there, ranging from Modix to Ratrig to Vorons and all the way back to the Elegoo Giga!
Chube Champ for LGX Pro (Modix, Ratrig)
We’ll be bringing both Chube hotends and a wide assortment of all of our hotend integrations to our booth for you to look at how easy we’ve made it to add Chube to your printer for more productivity while also making it far more resilient!
But wait, there’s more!
When we launched the Chube, we made a promise that we wouldn’t stop with all of the new integrations we made to make it easier for you to use Chube.
This year, we might be bringing not one but *two* new hotends to our booth, potentially some familiar chubular technology repackaged into a consumer-friendly envelope (and price point) as well as bringing a brand-new development that will bring increased durability, performance, while still having replacable nozzles to the bambu (and beyond) ecosystem!
